• Do you have the cables corresponding to the right ports? HDMI outlets or inlets on t.v must correspond! go to menu on t.v.> check t.v menu screen if equipped to see if HDMI ports correspond with your device hook up! like x- box port 1 or p.c port 2! and see if you have the device cable in the right port!

• Make sure power cord is properly plugged in at unit. Also check to make sure there is power at the wall plug.
