• Have you checked the input on the TV itself? Is the TV looking at this HDMI switch for content?

• This will not work,the point of the switch is to connect via HDMI ,a blu-ray player, Roku, Apple tv ,a computer with a HDMI port, gaming box ,channel box, sat or cable box,etc and the output port on the Rocketfish switcher goes to hdmi on tv and using thr remote switch one source to another

• you have to connect the hdmi switcher to your hdmi on your tv then run a hdmi then run the cable to the hdmi switcher where it says cable or tv

• That has happened to me before while using it and I just shut it off and disconnected it which reset it and had no problem after that.
