“I have bought two of these now and they seem to last 6 months and then malfunction. Why is that? Does Best Buy stand behind these units?”

• I have no idea why they malfunctioned. They have a one year warranty. Take them back. If I have had a problem in the past with a product under warranty Best Buy always took care of me.

• I (not) an expert , believe its alot on board for it's sz, so it blacks out too soon. I've the same complaint and I've purchased it repeatedly. Purchased via Ebay one similar, arrived and didnt work, at all! No Geek coverage, warranty nor extension thereof available. Leads me to believe even the manufacturer knows the "life" of this product or lack thereof, is known. Sorry, nothing better to add. Trying the manufacturer contact may supply better results now.
