Sell this and buy a receiver. This switch has screwed up HDMI SIGNALLING. The control signal does seem to work

I was having a signal problem and purchased a rocket fish HDMI 3' cable and the problem went away. make sure it is all the way in as this also can cause problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Double check your TV connections, if it's connecting to a receiver, than the ARC (audio response connector) connection will give you trouble. Than you will need to connect it to a separate HDMI connector. If you don't have a receiver, than you should be able to connect without issues. I recommend trying to connect it to a different HDMI port on the TV and see if that works. I had to do that with my system and it works fine after that.
