• I’d say no. Since the 4 HDMI port are for input and not output, I have it OUTPUT to my TV and have my ps4,cable, 4K player all plugged into the INPUTS. So it takes different devices and projects them ONE AT A TIME to only one device (in my case, my tv)

• No, you would want to use an HDMI splitter. This switched between multiple sources to one TV.
