I would have to say to where its so damaged they cant even tell it was a laptop or computer like throwing it in the back of a tree shredder lol . No seriously if its damaged to the point they can not see a serial # or tell it is what you say it is . But I have seen they replace laptops that have been run over by a car tire . So their pretty accepting at certain stores (the certain stores part sucks but some city's and stores just have horrible customer service and you may have to get cooperate involved )
