save yourself a lot of frustration and exchange for a better machine
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your setting on your computer when you select file-print, or ctrl+p there will be an option for black and white, make sure that is NOT checked. If that is not the solution, see if you can replace your heads. This is often a viable solution with Hp printers. If that is not an option, hopefully you got the 4-year protection from Best Buy. I always get that for my printers, as printers are always breaking. Hope this helps.
