“I have the 5 camera Blink XT2 system. One of the cameras keeps cutting out and will almost always never take the still image. Can I get all the cameras replaced since Blink does not offer the XT2 anymore and I would need to buy a new sync module?”

• CHECK YOUR WIFI SIGNAL THAT HAPPENS BECAUSE OF WEAK WIFI SIGNAL OR YOUR DEVICE IS TOO FAR AWAY TO GET SIGNAL. I HAVE HAD THAT PROBLEM AND I JUST MOVE MY CAMERA TO CLOSER LOCATION.

• The cameras have to be able to have good access to the wifi router. I was having same issue, bought a wifi extender and dont have that issue anymore..

• Not for sure but I expect you would get a refund for the defective item and need to purchase another camera.
