A lot of the success of the unit will depend on the layout of the space where it is placed. We have our 70 pint unit in the basement which has several connected rooms and has a total of about 1300 square feet, and it does a great job for that space.

It covers a whole basement. I have it in a corner & it does the whole basement. Works great. About 500 square foot
