“With the 4-year product replacement plan will you replace the product with a brand new product, and if the product is discontinued will you replace it with next model that is the newest one? I am thinking about buying an expensive printer. Thank You”

• They have replaced everything I have taken in. And when it was discontinued they refunded me the full purchase price.
