is there any kind of tech support from geek squad before bringing item in. how about included in the purchase is the purchase of a $300 modem. just phone tech support for initial setup. this warranty service is geek squad, but we think of geek squad is solving problems, not insurance to replace parts or devices, actual tech-support settings and such. Thank you.
