• Hi Jojo, as mentioned by others this is just a speaker package, you need an AV receiver to use this product. The CD playback will be dependent on the features of the receiver. If the amp does not feature an internal CD player, you may be able to connect one. Most DVD/BR players can play CDs.

• Everyone must understand this important fact: these are only speakers. Let me repeat that: this is a group of speakers only. By themselves they can do nothing. You must connect these to a receiver And then also have a CD player to connect to that, or a Bose unit that serves as both. Connected to the right source equipment, you can listen to anything.
