Q: QuestionI am buying a printer that has a 3 year manufacturer warranty. The 2 year standard Geek Squad Protection Plan is offered on this printer for the same cost that the plan is offered on a brand of printer that only has a 1 year manufacturer warranty. WHY?

• A:Answer Yes I’m pretty sure it would cover that as long as they don’t determine it was misused ,dropped & tv was used in normal conditions & environment..sounds like a manufacture defect.. I would also call the geek squad hotline & ask them too,. since you already need to call them to set up a appt for repair but do it quick since you are already in the 2nd year of extended Warrenty . Q: QuestionMy warranty is 5 yr standard $25 on insignia tv. We moved it & thought feet were on chest it slipped fell & screen is now cracked otherwise seems to work. Does this warranty cover the cracked screen. It’s only a few months old.

• A:Answer Yes. From what I understand the Geek Squad Protection covers your TV from when you take delivery so warranty isn't the reason you need to register with Samsung. Register your TV to receive any updates or fixes that might become available from the manufacturer.
