The warranty & receipt was mailed to me after the fact. I like that because I could then file the email so I won’t loose the paperwork!

If you have any issues with your TV, the protection plan is stored within your Best Buy account and would just be looked up in our system. You can also see it yourself by logging into your account on our website. But either way, you don't need to keep the receipt for the protection. I hope this helps!
