“I purchased a 5 year protection plan for my Hisense TV. I went to register the plan on the Geek Squad website but it asks for GCID which I don't have on my receipt. How do I register my plan or find my GCID?”

Go back to Best Buy and get the information. I personally keep all boxes for appliances for up to a year to make sure I have the information on the box and the box to take the appliance back to the store.
