“I bought a new Toshiba 50LF711U20 Smart TV with the 5 year Geek Squad coverage, Bose Solo 5 sound bar. Also I now have a new Cox Contour cable box and remote. Can't get universal remote control. Am using 3 remotes for control. help”

We have had trouble as well. Our sound bar and cable do not work with the new TV remote. We have had the Geek squad out twice with no luck. We gave up and commit to using multiple remotes!
