You may or may not have to I would wait for the person to show up and instruct you on what yo do. Why go through the trouble if you don’t have to correct?

I wouldnt. They tend to pretend their gona rapir but find any exicse to blame it on you and wont repair amd say thats not manufacture fault. Make sure you defend yourself and make sure they fix it.
