When I purchased the warranty I was told that the water filters which are @ $50 would be available for 1/2 off or $25 for up to 5(6?) for the 3 yr warranty period. Tried to order them via the Geek Squad only to be told the water filters are consumables null

If it was in writing there should be no problem.  If it was verbal, you may be out of luck.
