You cannot use this product to pay a bill. Do not buy this product. We bought them specifically to go on vacation because we needed a hot spot. We couldn’t get the card to work and after spending an hour on the phone with customer service gave up. I tried to return the card to Best Buy and they would not refund, saying it was up to Verizon. Verizon will not take the card back and refund your money either. Best Buy finally gave me a store credit but only after I complained and spent hours on the phone with Verizon. Do not buy this product.
