I asked for a neighbor who was in you same situation and here is what I was told. Yes they do this type of service. But you need to call your local Best Buy and schedule an IN HOME Consultation FIRST tell them what you have and what you need. They will send a Qualified Review Technician to your home to review your ENTIRE system. They will go in your attic checking your systems wring, check your main box, do all the necessary work up to find the problem. They will then be able to tell you an estimated cost - with no obligation. If you agree to cost then an appointment will be set for a Qualified Repair Technician to come back with any and all things needed to complete the repair.
