Hello, Yes it will be possible to connect the projector to a PS4 through a Mini HDMI Cable. Also if you would like a better picture quality I would recommenced a brighter unit like the P300 or the P450. Yes it would be if the cinemate boss speakers have a AUX port on it for audio out so you would just need an AUX cable to connect the speaker to the projector.
