• Yes. If you got a virus, I'm shocked as I don't believe it's possible to get a virus on ChromeOS yet.

• There will be no viruses. It does not have an operating system that can actually get infected by one.

• There are no known viruses for Chrome OS. Restoring to factory default will just restore the system to new.

• technically. this thing cannot get a virus. chrome-OS is "virus free" according to google.
