• The chromebook use a cloud to save all your photos. The internal memory is only 16gb

• The chromebook has 16gb of internal memory so yes, but you can also save them to google drive from your phone and access them on this computer.

• you actually get unlimited storage for images as long as they are less than 5 MB each. You can install google drive or photos on your galaxy then uploaded all of your pictures; sign in to your google account and it'll be in photos and/or the google drive photo.

• The Chromebook would be able to view the pictures from a locally stored location (SD card, external hard drive, USB, etc). You could upload the files to Google drive and view them anywhere, if needed.
