• No, but you can connect an external hard drive using a USB cable.

• No, sadly the SSD, unlike previous models, is soldered into the motherboard. You can run Windows on it though, plenty of guides on YouTube. Hope this helped!

• No. From what I understand, the hard drive is integrated with the motherboard so you wouldn't be able to swap it out. I recommend getting the larger version.
