• No. You can use Google Hangout for a Skype replacement but it doesn't do as good a job as Skype notifying the person you are trying to call. Many other apps (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) have on-line versions you can use for free. Works with Google MyDrive as well as Microsoft OneDrive for cloud storage and applications. Will NOT do Android apps.
