I believe it should work for this purpose, but I've not really used the webcam.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The camera is ok for taking pictures but taking videos, I don't think there is a video you can use for making documentaries. Honestly, I haven't tried using videos because I can't find it but I'll look for an apps if there is and I'll let you know. Thanks.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would recommend getting a mac. The webcams are better qualilty and it has built in Facetime. It also runs games better . Macs are also partnered with Youtube so the uploading to Youtube will be twice as fast! i hope this helps!
