Can i download photoshop on the chrome book? null

No, you cannot load Adobe Photoshop onto a Chromebook. But Google is working with Adobe to make a web based photoshop for Chromebooks using adobe's servers. Not sure when it will be available but I think certain Photoshop users can already access it.

Not as such. But I am fairly sure I have seen apps in the Chrome App Store that claim to be photoshop compatible.

I highly doubt it. A Chromebook is a minimalist device for web surfing and email. It can do some apps but photo shop is a HUGE application.
