• Yes, I don’t see why not. It csn charge from an Apple charger with a usb-c cable, for example.

• Theoretically yes as long as the AC adapter has the same specs and the pin fits properly, as the one that ships with the Chromebook. Specifications are printed on the AC adapter label.
