• I get 120hz on this monitor, super crisp on PS5 playing call of duty.. absolutely ZERO ghosting issues even playing this monitor or 60 fps is stunning and beautiful! Also has hdr and it's pretty nice..can't answer for the Xbox , but should pretty much be the same lol

• If the gaming console supports 144-165hz, it should but if the console supports up to 120hz, then that's the max refresh rate you will get.
