Absolutely. So far since I got mine I have used it for quite a few games including final fantasy 14 online 148fps roughly in a heavily populated area of the game. Also I can pretty much play whatever game I have including rise of the tomb raider, fallout new vegas, Skyrim, and quiet a few other that if I listed them would make this answer far to long. Also one of my favorite things about this specific laptop is that I can control the dual fans making it stay cooler while I play more intensive games. Just a nice computer in general. Totally worth it in my opinion. And yes I'm sure it will run Fortnite. As for call of duty it probably depends on what graphical setting you set it to. My guess just by what the specs show would say that it can run the current call of duty. If anyone asked me personally if I thought it was a good buy, I'd say yes it was worth every penny.
