• Yes, you can press FN+F9 to turn the keyboard backlight on and off.

• There should be. Im not sure which keys because I dont have this laptop but if you see one of the “F-“ keys, it should be one that has like a light signal. You’ll find it, but maker your you press the FN key on the bottem left of the keyboard. (You can hold the FN key and press that other key on top.) Hopefully I helped with your question.
