Pretty sure it’s just an unwarranted error message. It still plays in and displays in settings that it’s in 1440p, my guess is it has an issue with the ultra wide, but still displays properly.

If you are able to get 1440p when connected to a laptop or PC this would indicate that the monitor is functioning.
