Ahh, an interesting question. How rare. Usually people just ask for the information that is already on the web page. A hub that also duplicates the power button is a very specific function, as it is not what hubs are really for, so it is generally only made by the company that makes the specific computer you have. In this case, what you need is the "Acer USB Type-C Dock II." I took a quick look and don't think Best Buy sells it, but you might be able to get it special ordered, and you definitely should be able to get one at the Acer website.
