• The keyboard comes with it, the USB port only works when the keyboard is connected to the tablet, recovering the keyboard will disconnect the USB port

• Yes the keyboard is included. The USB toy does transmit to tablet when the keyboard is connected to the tablet. I have been using for almost 2 weeks daily and has been working fine.
