• They likely will not install additional memory prior to purchase but it is not too difficult to install extra memory. If you don't feel comfortable doing this please contact your local Best Buy to see if they offer upgrade services.

• I got my ram upgrade on Amazon and did it myself on my kitchen table in about 2 minutes. There are tons of YouTube videos on how to do this. It really is that easy.
