Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Acer 27" sc71HL GBIDX monitor/nt should run smoothly, how ever the ports the back of this monitor are HDMI, DVI and VGA with a resolution of 1920 x1080 which is great for just every day use. You may have to up date your GTX 1060 drivers and change the display to 75 hertzs. I would also recommend trying both HDMI and DVI-D if you are playing video games, were this monitor does not have display ports. If you are gaming you may want to look at a higher resolution. I purchase the dell 25" ips led/lcd monitors with a resolution on 2560 x1440 because i work with video, and graphic design. I do watch movies on the dell monitor and TV shows and the picture is awesome. I did have to tweak my GTX 1060 and change the monitor speed to 60hz but the display on the monitor looks just like my Samsung TV. I never like dell but the monitors look great with the higher resolution. I purchased the acer for my husband who likes to touching up photos. But for a budge monitor, it is a nice monitor, plus it has a 3 year Manufacturing warranty. I hope I answered your question.
