A: Mine stands apx 16.75 inches from desk surface to top of screen

A: The S271HL GBIDX monitor has a 75Hz LCD panel.
Q: Can the monitor rotate 90 degrees on the stand to allow vertical setup if desired?
A: No, but there are VESA mounts holes on the rear. I’ve set two up in portrait mode using an additional VESA mount monitor stand. May seem like a pain, but most monitors in this size and price range are in the same situation. External VESA desk stands are not expensive. Hope this helps.
