“Is this monitor measured horizontal diagnal”

• I measure it at 16 7/8" diagonally. The measurement may be a fraction of an inch off (as my wife's cat is messing with the tape measure), but I believe it is accurate.

• Yes the LCD panel is 27" diagonally.

• The 27 inches is measured from top right corner to bottom left corner.
