Q: QuestionOne advantage of Acer's Windows Vero laptops is the upgradeability. Is anything about this user-serviceble? Memory, storage?

- A:Answer I don't know about upgrading storage. But initially first impression reviews reported that the RAM would be upgradeable. But Acer has come back and said that it is not. The reviews were updated to reflect this.

- A:Answer All Acer laptops ship with an AC adapter that supports 100v-240v. The only thing you would need is an adapter for the plug end of the US power cord to fit the outlets outside North America.
