The XF251Q monitor does support up to 75Hz refresh rate, but the GPU in the PC/laptop/gaming console to which it is connected must also support this refresh rate. If you are sure that your video card supports 75hz but you cannot get that refresh rate, please contact Acer support for assistance, at 866-695-2237.
