“I noticed on the picture of the back of the monitor, on the right side of the picture (Left on the back of the monitor) it shows a USB icon, is there suppose to be a USB input there? cause I bought two of these monitors and none of them have that feature”

The monitor plastics/chassis is used for this model world-wide. Some countries may offer this feature but in the US, it is not offered on this particular model.
