The monitor will display 75hz if the video card you are connected to supports this as well. Please confirm with the video card vendor in your laptop/PC that it does support 75hz via HDMI. If it does but you cannot enable this refresh rate, please contact Acer support for assistance at 866-695-2237. This number is available 24/7 for in-warranty products.
