• I refer you to site: https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/TV-Archive/Can-MoCA-work-with-Xfinity-X1-Setup/m-p/2944917#M96759. Sounds like the DVR needs to be isolated from the ethernet (via MoCa filters) to work properly.

• Your DVR must be on the same IP address in order to record and view. I also had issues with the DVR setup.

• Obviously this is answered way past what the user asked, but the issue is important to consider. The DVR recording uses the end of the spectrum that Satellite TV uses and/or that DVR uses. Thus, this is incompatible with Most DVR systems.
