“Can I transfer my cs5 Photoshop actions to this version of Photoshop? How?”

• It all depends. If the action using functionality that exists in CC, then you should be able to transfer them. I recommend either doing some additional research on determining capability or loading the actions in CC and see if they still work.

• Actions will work. But some won't - very complex one that requires the full version of Photoshop (that Elements don't have such functions) will not run (that step).
