• Yes, as long you have your account name and password from your PS4 to transfer to PS5.

• Not sure they didnt say what the difference between the ps4 and ps5 version is i am getting it on ps5 but if u are getting it on ps4 hopefully its a free upgrade cause there all the same price except the elite editions.
