“I have Mineres so its hard to hear in a loud room with people if I'm talking to someone. Or if I'm driving and a train is comin, it hurts because it's so loud! Does these help with outside noise?”

This device is designed to do both open-air and you may have this device so that it is not an open air by placing in the earplugs that are supplied with the aftershock Bluetooth listening device. And I must say that having it open air you are able to hear slightly those that are around youOr a noise that may be hazardous to you. But once you place the earplugs in basically you can only hear the sound coming through the device.
