“Where is the battery. mine won’t charge anymore”

• If your device has the micro mail plug in to charge it you may have bent a little small piece that is centered in the reception part of the headset and it is not properly seated so therefore it will not charge. If you have a steady hand you may take something to straighten out that centerpiece and be careful with plugging in the micro plug and it will see properly after the correction of centering that piece.

• Unfortunately you can’t DIY a battery replacent. Did you register your product with Aftershockz? I think they give you a year warranty from your purchase date. If you are still within the time limit you should look into making a claim. If you aren’t then I don’t think there is much you can do. Hope this helped.
