Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have the mic, you may have to move it around. If that doesnt work, i always purchase 2yr protection plan. The headsets have a tendency to have problems within a year, i return it and purchase another purchase plan, i consider it a maintenance fee on a yearly bases, ive had to do this 2 times, 1 of which i didnt have to purchase another protection plan because there computers were down. If you purchase these, plan to have to go replace them by every 12 - 16 months. They always stop working correctly like all others.
