“I moved the headrest up too far, but I can't seem to figure out how to move it back down. How do I move the headrest back down?”

• I had to lift and shake it a little to get it to go back down. I haven't done that in a while though since I got is adjusted to where it is most comfortable.

• If you lift it up all the way, it'll drop down all the way.
