does the Alcael-Quickflip 4G LTE have bluetooth? null

It is equipped with Bluetooth, but it does not function properly. It will not stay connected in my car. Never had this problem with other phones. Unfortunately, this is only one of many issues with this phone. If I didn't live so far away from the store, I would return it. Never been so unhappy with a purchase. Save yourself the aggravation.
